From vine to harvest, from barrel to bottle, the exchange of all the various elements has combined to produce an outstanding wine.

 

Here in a surprising wine, a genuine topic of conversation, disturbing but exciting. Its remarkable presence makes it one of a kind, to be shared with other wine lovers.

 

The grapes were all carefully selected from the finest and best exposed plots.

 

Immediately after fermentation, the juice, consisting of a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon, was transferred into new oak barrels and kept on the lees at low temperature throughout the winter, leaving the vinification to come to its natural completion in the spring. The new wood brings its savours of toast and vanilla, making this an elegant, distinguished and mellow wine.

 

After ageing for 18 months, it is bottled in our cellars.
