Its noble grape varieties produce supple, fruity wines that can be enjoyed by discerning connoisseurs or enlightened aficionados both when they are still young or after a few years of ageing.
The vineyard has been totally restructured and planted with a majority of Merlot (70%) for roundness, fruitiness and softness, and Cabernet (30%) for colour, texture and bouquet. The blend of the two varieties depends on the range of the wine crafted and the market targeted.
